CARE si rivolge per le sue trattative a esperti che si occupano di attività di consulenza, ovvero studio e analisi del mercato dell'editoria scientifica con particolare attenzione agli sviluppi di quella elettronica

La scelta di tali esperti avviene attraverso un'indagine di mercato che è resa pubblica nelle liste di discussione del settore.

CARE  appoints an agent  to negotiate with publisher  the purchase of  and  the access to full text scientific journals on behalf of the academic and research community. To select prospective candidates, CARE gathers information  through market survey about  negotiation agents specifically acting in the European area .

The market survey is publicized through Italian and international mailing lists .
CARE also  invites prospective candidates to provide information about their company by filling in the form reported below.
